Regarding the item(s) you purchase on deessekloset.co.uk and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At the checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods suitable for you.
All orders are shipped with a signed and tracking service or International Economy of your choice. Once orders have been shipped we are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier and present your tracking info

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this may be charged accordingly by customs in your own country.

For UK Next Day Delivery, order before 2pm.
Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of your choice. the total of your shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please consider that the shipping times do not include processing times. (allow up to 24 hours to process your order)
Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept refunds and exchanges, you may send the item back within 14 working days stating what item you would like to exchange. We cannot offer a refund or an exchange after 14 days of original purchase date. Bodysuits, swimwear and lingerie excluded due to hygiene reasons. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and in it's original state with tags still attached. Please know that if item is not in it's original state we cannot process a return or an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning a product please use a tracking service as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A return should take no longer than 7 working days to be refunded to your account.
For exchanges, you will be responsible to pay for a reshipment fee in order for us to reship the order. Reshipment price is the same shipping cost you paid for when ordering. Please send the reshipment fee to PayPal at , leave your order number in the 'for' section. If you do not have PayPal, email info@deessekloset.com for additional details.
