Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept refunds and exchanges, you may send the item back within 14 working days stating what item you would like to exchange. We cannot offer a refund or an exchange after 14 days of original purchase date. Bodysuits, swimwear and lingerie excluded due to hygiene reasons. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and in it's original state with tags still attached. Please know that if item is not in it's original state we cannot process a return or an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning a product please use a tracking service as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A return should take no longer than 7 working days to be refunded to your account.
For exchanges, you will be responsible to pay for a reshipment fee in order for us to reship the order. Reshipment price is the same shipping cost you paid for when ordering.
