Please allow processing time and shipping time. Processing time usually takes between 1-2 days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping and tracking information through your email. Once your product has been shipped and the tracking has been provided, we are no longer responsible for any delays or lost from the carrier side.

We do accept refunds and exchanges, you may send the item back within 14 working days stating what item you would like to exchange. Bodysuits, swimwear and lingerie excluded due to hygiene reasons. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and in it's original state with tags still attached. Please know that if item is not in it's original state we cannot process a return or an exchange. We do not cover returns/exchange shipping costs. 
You will be responsible to pay for a reshipment fee in order for us to reship the order. Reshipment price is the same shipping cost you paid for when ordering. Please send the reshipment fee to PayPal at, leave your order number in the 'for' section. If you do not have PayPal, email for additional details.

We understand how frustrating it is that the item you admire is currently out of stock. We restock all of our products as soon as possible.
